"Sam's 20/22 program worked great for me! I started it as a way to try to get myself back into shape and gain strength after a long break from any real exercise due to an overuse injury from swimming. The 20 min workouts were the perfect length. Long enough to really work up a sweat and get something out of them but no so long to talk yourself out of starting. She does a great job of providing modifications no matter your level too. I was able to push myself and get stronger without having the exercises that my injury couldn't handle be discouraging. Sam was also really accessible and responses whenver I had questions, and checked up on me throughout. I felt like I had someone cheering me on and it really heloed me stick with it even on the days I was less motivated. By the last day I've lost 4 pounds, and can really feel that I've gotten stronger. Plus it got me back into a routine of daily exercise that I can stick to!" -S.B.
