-1 MONTH of workouts with life time access created by a certified personal trainer and Registered Dietitian -Workout lengths will range from 20-30 mintues -Workouts will include a variety of equipement. HOWEVER, you do NOT need equipment to complete most of the workouts. -Types of workouts include: Low impact HIIT, Pilates, Yoga, Stretching, Tabata, Booty Bands, Medicine Ball, Kettlebell, Strength training, Core, Bodyweight Cardio, and more!! -A total of 4 online accountability meetings at the end of each week. Week 1: LIVE 30 Minute Nutrition Master Class Week 2: LIVE ~20 Minute Check-in to discuss workouts, questions, accountability Week 3: LIVE 30 Minute WORKOUT with ME! Week 4: LIVE ~30 Minute Nutrition Master Class + Q and A Wrap-up.
