This program was designed to help you feel stronger, more confident, and give you a kick butt upper body workout! It is a 1 week program (5 videos) that consists of videos ranging from 10-30 minutes, so if you have a busy schedule this program is perfect for you! Each video was created to be effective one time through, but if you have the time feel free to repeat each video more than once.
