What is up everyone! Today we have a back and bicep work out to get through. For this workout you will need a medium and heavy set of dumbbells. We will be working in intervals of 45 seconds active with a 15 second recovery and we have a total of 5 different groups to get through. There are NO repeat moves in this workout so it will keep you on your toes the whole time. Other than that, whenever you’re ready press play and let’s get it done!
