What is up everyone! Today we will be working on strengthening that core! We have a total of 3 different groups to get through and a 2 minute burnout at the end of the routine! Within each group there are 3 moves and each move will be done twice. We will be working in 40 second intervals with a 20 second recovery. All you need for this workout is an exercise mat, 2 hand towels, and water. Other than that, whenever you’re ready press play and let’s get it done!
