What is up everyone!! Today we have a chest and triceps strength workout! In this workout we have 2 different groups and within each group there are 5 different moves. We will be going through each group twice, and each move will be performed for 45 seconds active with a 15 second recovery. For this workout you will want to use a medium and heavy set of dumbbells. Other than that, whenever you’re ready press play and let’s get it done!
