What is up everyone! Today we have a 20 minute cardio core workout to get through! For this workout you don't need any weight! We will be going through 2 different groups and each group will be done twice. We have a total of 10 moves to go through and each move will be performed for 45 seconds active with a 15 second recovery. You do not need any equipment for this workout except and exercise mat however, if you want to challenge yourself a little extra today you can always add weights! Other than that, when you're ready press play and let's get it done!
