You made it! Today is the final day of the 20/22 Strength and Cardio Program!! For today's workout we are going to go back to the very first workout of this program! We are doing this so you can see how far you've come! I want you to think back to the very first time you completed this workout and how you felt. After you complete this workout today for the second time I want you to compare how you felt after the very first time you did this workout to now. Do you feel stronger? Were you able to lift heavier weights? Do you feel more confident? Keep all of these things in mind as you go through today's workout! All you need for this workout is an exercise mat, a set of dumbbells, a towel, and a water. Other than that, whenever you're ready press play and let's get it done!! CONGRATULATIONS!
