​What is up everyone! Today we are going to be burning out those shoulder and tiny lower body muscles with this shoulders and lower body Pilates workout! Get ready to strengthen your shoulders and leg muscles with this workout! We will be going through 2 different groups and within each group there are 5 different exercises. Each exercise will be performed for 45 seconds active with a 15 second recovery. All you need for this workout is a light and medium set of dumbbells, an exercise mat, water, and towel. Other than that, whenever you’re ready press play and let’s get it done!
