What is up everyone! Today we are going to kick it up a notch with this intense cardio workout! For this workout all you need is an optional exercise mat, towel, and water. We will be going through 3 different groups and within each group there are 3 different moves. Each move will be performed for 45 seconds active with a 15 second recovery. Modifications will be shown throughout for each move. Other than that, whenever you’re ready press play and let’s get it done!
