What is up everyone! Today we are going to be strengthening our core! We have a 1 group to get through and within that group there are 10 different moves. We will be going through the group twice, and all you need for this workout is an exercise mat, a light to medium set of dumbbells, water, and towel. We will be working in 40 second intervals with a 20 second recovery in between. Other than that, whenever you’re ready press play and let’s get it done!
