What is up everyone! Today we are going to focus on strengthening our chest and triceps! For this workout you need a heavy set of dumbbells, exercise mat, towel, and water. We have 3 groups to get through and each group has 3 different exercises. We will be performing each exercise for 40 seconds active with a 20 second recovery. Other than that, whenever you’re ready press play and let’s get it done!
