What is up everyone! Today we are going to be focusing on 3 different muscle groups: our back, biceps, and booty! We will be going through a total of 4 different groups and within each group there are 4 different exercises. Each move will be performed for 45 seconds active with a 15 second recovery, and there are NO repeat moves in this workout! You will need a heavy set of dumbbells to complete this workout, an exercise mat, towel, and water. There is a cool down at the end of this workout, so make sure to stick around once we get through all 4 groups. Other than that, whenever you’re ready press play and let’s get it done!
