What is up everyone! Today we are going to working our upper and lower body by doing some basic exercises lifting heavy as heavy as you can. We are keeping the moves basic so we can really focus on form while lifting the heaviest weight we can. We are going to be going through 2 different groups (one lower body and one upper body) and each group has 5 different moves. Each move will be performed for 40 seconds active with a 20 second recovery. All you need for this workout is a heavy set of dumbbells and an optional exercise mat.
