What is up everyone!! Today we have a cardio workout that will leave you sweating and feeling fabulous! We will be going through 1 group of 10 different exercises, and each exercise will be performed for 45 seconds active with a 15 second recovery. The group will be done twice through and all you need for this workout is an optional exercise mat, water, and towel. Other than that, press play and let’s get it done!
