What is up everyone! Today we are going to be working on strengthening your lower body, as well as your core! We have two groups to get through and within each group there are 5 different moves. The first group will focus on your core and the second group will target your lower body. We will complete each group and then start back from the top. Each exercise will be performed for 45 seconds active with a 15 second recovery, and all you need for this workout is an exercise mat, a light, medium, and heavy set of dumbbells, a towel, and water. Other than that, whenever you’re ready press play and let’s get it done!
