What is up everyone! Today we have a workout that is going to strengthen your glute muscles, as well as all of the muscles in your lower body! We have a total of 4 groups to get through and each group has 4 different moves. Each move will be done in 40 second intervals with a 20 second recovery. The goal of this workout is to use heavy weights when completing each move. With that said, in order to complete this workout you need a heavy set of dumbbells and a medium set of dumbbells nearby. Other than that, whenever you’re ready press play and lets get it done!
